Minimum D3 degree in Hospitality & Culinary management with 3 years of experience in related position.
Qualifications:
- Good customer service skill, time management skills, & organizing skills.
- Hands on experience in camp & catering management including food and amenities storing and purchasing, camp hygiene and sanitation, pest control, laundry, and food management.
- Excellent leadership skill.
- Excellent knowledge of QHSE as per ISO and HACCP standard for food service.
- Excellent knowledge of Budgeting and Invoicing.
- Basic english and computer literate.
This position will be under third-party contract manpower services.
