Manager - HR Planning & Development

Minimum Bachelor (S1) Degree in any major, preferably in Management or Psychology (Master Degree are preferred) with a minimum 15 years of experience in related position in Upstream Oil & Gas Company and 5 years’ experience in managerial level.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in conducting organization development, manpower planning, staffing, people development, & outsourcing management.
- Advance knowledge of oil & gas business process.
- In-Depth knowledge of GOI Regulations.
- Advance knowledge of Human Resource Management System.
- Advance understanding of labor law.
- Advance strategic decision-making skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills with sound financial principles.
- Strong leadership skills and mentoring capability.
- Advanced Business Acumen.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and other operating system in oil and gas organization).
