Minimum Bachelor (S1) Degree in any major, preferably in Management or Psychology (Master Degree are preferred) with a minimum 15 years of experience in related position in Upstream Oil & Gas Company and 5 years’ experience in managerial level.

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in conducting organization development, manpower planning, staffing, people development, & outsourcing management.
  • Advance knowledge of oil & gas business process.
  • In-Depth knowledge of GOI Regulations.
  • Advance knowledge of Human Resource Management System.
  • Advance understanding of labor law.
  • Advance strategic decision-making skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills with sound financial principles.
  • Strong leadership skills and mentoring capability.
  • Advanced Business Acumen.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and other operating system in oil and gas organization).
