Attorney
Minimum Bachelor (S1) Degree in Legal Graduate, with a minimum of 5 – 7 years of experience as an in-house lawyer in Oil and Gas Production Sharing Contracts (PSC) in Indonesia.
Work Location: Office Jakarta
- Strong knowledge and advanced understanding of the legal framework of oil and gas operations both from regulatory, contractual, and business perspectives.
- In-depth knowledge of oil & gas business processes and applicable procedures.
- Strong lawyering skills including strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Having experience in handling Permit & Land Matters.
- Having Bar Certificate is preferred or having experience in handling litigation case(s).
- Having PTK 007 certification will be an advantage.
- Adherence to ethical and professional standards in the legal matter
- Excellent communication / strong interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with colleagues and peers.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Good computer skills which are relevant to support lawyering works (Word, Excel, Outlook, and other operating system in oil & gas organizations).
